User Licence Agreement

1. Your account

You must be legally able to accept this agreement. Provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share credentials or create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits.

2. Permission to use the service

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the service within your plan. You may not bypass authentication, security checks, usage limits, download restrictions or billing controls, interfere with the service, or access another user’s models or data.

3. Free plan: personal, non-commercial use

The Free plan is for personal, non-commercial exploration. It includes 100 free credits per UTC calendar month. Standard generation starts at 10 credits; higher polygon-detail settings use more credits, as shown before submission. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Credits reserved for a failed generation are returned. Original GLB downloads and AI model editing are not included in Free.

Free-plan output must not be sold, licensed to clients, used in paid products or otherwise commercially exploited under the Free-plan permission. Any permission applies only to rights OYRALABS can lawfully grant; third-party rights and licences still apply.

4. Paid plans and planned features

Displayed paid packages are planned offers until checkout is enabled. No subscription, charge, commercial licence or paid entitlement is created by viewing a plan or opening an upgrade window. Actual pricing, billing, cancellation, refund conditions and any additional licence terms must be shown before a purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Public API access, batch generation, desktop software, CAD integrations, rigging and conversational editing are not promised as available while they are marked as planned or preview features.

5. Your content and generated models

Upload only material you have the necessary rights and permissions to use. You retain any rights you already hold in your inputs. You authorize processing, storage and transmission of your content as needed to provide the requested service, including processing by cloud compute and storage providers.

Generated results can contain errors, resemble other results, or involve third-party rights. Exclusive ownership, copyright protection, fitness for a particular use and exact reconstruction of a reference image are not guaranteed. Review outputs before use and comply with applicable third-party licences.

6. Editing your own models

When available under an eligible paid plan, conversational editing is limited to models generated in your own OYRALABS collection. External model uploads are not supported for this workflow. A generation or model identifier does not grant access to another user’s content.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, unauthorized impersonation, privacy violations, malicious software, harassment, or circumvention of safety and access controls. You must have appropriate permission for identifiable people and protected reference material. Automated registration, CAPTCHA circumvention and free-credit farming are prohibited.

8. Data and privacy

The service processes account details, password hashes, reference images, generated files, usage records and abuse-prevention data. Security checks are session-based; account-creation limits use a hashed network identifier. Private collections are not published simply by creating an account. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share with the service and its processing providers.

9. Availability and responsibility

The service is provided on an early-access, as-available basis. Outputs are meshes and visual concepts; they are not certified engineering designs, tolerance-validated CAD, manufacturing instructions or a substitute for professional review. Features, queues and availability may change. Access may be restricted for serious abuse or legal requirements.

Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

10. Updates and acceptance

Registration requires affirmative acceptance of this version. The accepted version and time are recorded. Material future changes should be presented with appropriate notice and, where required, renewed acceptance.
